According to the Takhar police spokesperson, both sides of the dispute have been satisfied to resolve their disputes using the court and not create any more conflicts between them.

Meanwhile, Takhar's public sources told AVA: The conflict is not between the nomads and the local people; Rather, it is between the Pashtun and the Uzbek people that the Pashtun claim ownership of the houses in Golbahar village. But the Uzbek people say that they are the original inhabitants of this place.

Mohammad Asif; A resident of Gulbahar village, Khajeh Bahauddin Takhar district told Ava: 120 years ago, during the rule of Zahir Shah, our people (Pashtuns) were moving towards Bukhara from the south and wanted to go to Bukhara. But the Soviet forces did not allow them to cross the border and they settled in Khaja Bahauddin Takhar district.

According to him, the Pashtun people built this place, which was completely forested and uninhabitable; But they were forced to leave this place during the time of jihad and resistance and intense conflict.

During the rule of the first period of the Islamic Emirate, the Pashtun people returned to this place. But they saw that the Uzbeks have taken over their houses and since 23 years since then, the land dispute between these two peoples has been going on.

This local resident said that the Pashtun people of this area are not nomads. They have documents and the government of Karzai and Ghani had decided in their favor.

According to him, the governments of Karzai and Ghani had decided in favor of the Pashtun people; But the Uzbek people have not left this area.

But the Uzbek residents of this place insist that they are native residents of this place and never leave their homes.

It should be mentioned that the current dispute in the village of Golbahar Khajeh Bahauddin is over nearly a hundred houses and 8500 acres of grassland and forest land.
