Irans forty year hosting of Afghan immigrants is appreciable we want Irans cooperation in various fields

Ministry of Refugees and returnees, in a meeting with the Islamic Republic of Iran's ambassador to Kabul, has appreciated the forty year hosting of Afghan immigrants and calls for further cooperation with the Iranian government in providing services to immigrants and providing work for citizens.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Yesterday, (Thursday, September 15) the Ministry of Refugees and Returnees, in a news release, says Khalil Rahman Haqqani, head of the Ministry of Immigration and Refugees, during a meeting with Mr. Bahador Aminian, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said: The forty -year hosting of the country is appreciable and called for the continuation of the cooperation.

Haqqani emphasized the serious effort of the Islamic Emirate to provide the background of immigrants to the country as well as integration and work to prevent migration and call for further cooperation with the Iranian government in providing services to immigrants and providing work for citizens in Afghanistan.

The head of the Ministry of Refugees assured that the Islamic Emirate had seriously banned the cultivation and trafficking of drugs and that this was resolved at the cabinet meeting and efforts were made to reach zero.

According to him, to prevent drug trafficking, it is necessary to provide strong and special military equipment on the joint borders of Iran and Afghanistan, which is possible in cooperation with the two countries.

On the one hand, Bahador Aminian; The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul informed that about 3,000 people were smuggled into Iran daily and the same number of visas enter Iran, which increases the number of immigrants residing in Iran.

He expressed concern about the activity of human trafficking mafia and drug trafficking on the borders of the two countries.

Mr Aminian cited the solution to the reduction of Afghan immigration as providing work inside Afghanistan and said the Iranian government is ready to cooperate with the Islamic Emirate in establishing work within Afghanistan.

It is noteworthy that the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul had previously stated that they were working with the Islamic Emirate in the economic, cultural, validity and combat of terrorism.
