Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to Gallup's research report, dissatisfaction worldwide increased last year; because according to this institute, the world has become a sad and troubled place.
Gallup said that in this institute's 2021 survey, Afghanistan and other countries that scored high in the negative experience index of this survey were facing economic and political instability that has affected the mental health of the people.
Afghanistan is at the top of this index with 59 points, and then Lebanon is the second country with the unhappy citizens with 58 points.
The Gallup Research Institute's Negative Experience Index measures people's experiences of depression, anxiety, anger, and physical pain in their daily lives. A high score on this index means that a majority of the population has experienced these feelings.
According to this survey, 89% of Afghans are worried, 73% are under pressure and 61% are sad.
Gallup conducted this survey last year after the return of the Islamic Emirate to power and the withdrawal of Western forces from Afghanistan, and published the results on its official website on Thursday, 8
th of September.
According to this international institute, the emotional state of Afghans shows confusion and mistrust, and anxiety, stress and depression in Afghanistan have reached the highest level and were at the highest level in the world in 2021.
Afghans who took part in this survey told Gallup that they experience a bitter life and gave their life a score of two to four on a scale of zero to ten, with zero being the worst situation and ten being the best.
The Gallup International Institute says that since the start of its polling process, the people of no other country in the world have felt so worried.
