Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The acting Minister of Higher Education says that higher education institutions are considered a spiritual asset for all Afghans and we are working day and night to further strengthen these institutions.
According to him, the 43-year wars have over-damaged educational institutions, and now there is an urgent need for the growth and development of these institutions.
He also adds: "In a short period of time and with the facilities at hand, we were able to keep the gates of public and private universities open to all students, and no university in the country has been closed."
According to the Acting Minister of Education, in several meetings with representatives of the international community and international organizations, we have always emphasized the need to help Afghans in the field of education and we are trying to attract the help of neighboring countries and the world in this area. .
From Abdul Baqi's point of view; Afghans have endured many hardships so far and should not suffer any more; Therefore, the country's education departments should be supported through interaction and understanding.
It is worth mentioning that a few days ago, the UN did not extend the foreign travel exemption of two members of the Islamic Emirate, Abdul Baqi Haqqani, Acting Minister of Higher Education and Deputy Minister of Education, due to the closure of school doors for girls above sixth grade. Islamic Emirate officials, however, have said that these pressures will not work and will only exacerbate Afghanistan's problems.
