The PFG was first established in 2005 and has remained active since in maintaining cooperation and bilateral ties between the lawmakers of the two nations.
The meeting will be attended by key Cabinet ministers, parliamentarians, advisors, special assistants to the Prime Minister, Pakistan’s envoy to Afghanistan, Speaker of the National Assembly and relevant federal secretaries.
The meeting will seek to complement the democratic vision of the house to promote parliamentary role in deepening bilateral relationship with Afghanistan.
