Speaking during a gathering in Nangarhar province, Saleh said the Taliban about the two incidents cannot be accepted.
“Taliban inked a peace deal with the foreigners but the group is still killing the Afghans,” he said.
This comes as Taliban rejected the involvement of the group in the two deadly attacks in Kabul and Nangarhar provinces.
Over 30 people, mostly women and some children, were killed in an attack on a 100-bed maternity hospital in the west of KABUL on Tuesday.
