The company, which is owned by the Afghan government, is first telecom company to be connected to the system.
Speaking at a press conference, Acting Minister of Communications and Information Technology Fahim Hashimy urged other telecom companies to soon allow being connected to the system.
He warned that legal action would be taken against those who would resist the move.
He said that the government had the right to access the financial data of the companies.
Hashimy said that the companies had expressed concern over the possibility that system would access conversation on phones. He emphasized that the system would access only financial data.
