12 civilians including 6 children wounded in an explosion in Helmand province
At least twelve people including children were wounded in an explosion triggered by a magnetic improvised explosive device in southern Helmand province.

The provincial government media office in a statement said the incident took place close to Greshk market at around 7:00am local time on Monday.
The statement further added that the magnetic bomb was planted by anti-government armed militants in a civilian vehicle.
At least six children are among those wounded and are being treated in provincial hospitals, the statement by governor’s office added.
The anti-government armed militants including Taliban have not commented regarding the incident so far.
Taliban militants frequently use improvised explosive devices as the weapon of their choice to target security and government personnel but in majority of such attacks ordinary civilians are targeted.
