Local authorities reported that two individuals were injured in the explosion in Nangarhar province this morning.
speaking to Reporterly, Ataullah Khogyani, the Nangarhar provincial spokesman said that this morning around 7 am a planted IED targeted a border police vehicle.
Khagyani added that, in this explosion, two border soldiers were injured.
