Taliban rejects reports that Pak-India tensions would impact Afghan peace process
The Taliban group spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid has rejected reports that the Pak-Indian tensions would impact the peace process in Afghanistan.

This comes as Reuters had earlier reported that Taliban spokesman has warned that the continuation of tensions between India and Pakistan would impact the Afghan peace process.
“The continuation of such conflict will affect the Afghanistan peace process,” Taliban Spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid was quoted as saying.
“India should not carry any further violence in Pakistan because its continuation will affect regional security also the continuation of such conflict will cost a lot to India,” Mujahid said.
This comes as tensions have intensified between India and Pakistan following an airstrike inside the Pakistani soil by the Indian Air Force on Tuesday.
The Pakistani officials on Wednesday said that the Pakistan Air Force has also carried out airstrikes across the Line of Control after Tuesday’s airstrike by the Indian Air Force.
