Signing MoU on modernization of Traffic System is part of the reforms in Ministry of Interior

 Wais Barmak: This system brings reforms, prevents misuse of the revenues and maintains transparency. My message is that without cooperation of the people, no reform and fundamental changes would take place.
Wais Barmak, Minister of MoI, Signing MoU on modernization of Traffic System is part of the reforms in Ministry of Interior. For practical combat against the corruption and delivering effective & transparent services, we are at the beginning the process with signing of this MoU.
Shahzad Aryubi:This system will be implemented in Kabul now, and will later be expanded to the provinces.
