14 Anti-government Militias Killed During Military Operations
As many as 14 Taliban militants were killed during joint military operation led by Afghan security forces in northern Kunduz province.
AVA- Enamuddin Rahmani spokesman of police command in Kunduz said reporters, the operation was launched to recapture Joy Begom regions in Imam Sahib District of Kunduz province, in which 14 insurgents were killed during the operation.
Afghan security forces have sustained casualties during the operation, but the exact number is not clear, Rahmani added.
According to another report, seven Taliban fighters were killed following air attack in relevant areas of Dasht Archi district, Kunduz province.
Spokesman of 209 Shaheen army corps said, the air raid carried out by Afghan air forces in Qarluq village, Dasht Archi district of the province, as a result 7 armed oppositions were killed, three others wounded and three hideouts belonging the terrorists have been destroyed.
