A seventh consignment of wheat for Afghanistan arrived from India at the Chabahar port in Iran on Monday.
During the last solar year, 4,200 containers of India's wheat were sent to the landlocked country through the port in Sistan-Baluchestan province.
IRNA quoted a port official as saying that the wheat shipments would be transported by road to Milak -- a city on the Iran-Afghanistan border.
India will deliver to Afghanistan around 110,000 tonnes of wheat annually via Chabahar, according to the Iranian official.
