Afghan Voice Agency(AVA), Preliminary reports suggest a group of insurgents have stormed into the compound of the State Radio Television and a gun battle is underway in the area.
There are no reports regarding the casualties as a result of the incident so far.
Local officials said that the attack was launched around 10:00 a.m..
The assault involved a bombing and gunshots.
