Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The deputy security and law enforcement of the governor of Sistan and Baluchistan, Iran, has announced a terrorist attack on a military base in Rask and Chabahar.
In an interview with the Iranian media, Alireza Marhamati said: a terrorist attack has taken place on the Rask and Chabahar military headquarters on Thursday morning.
He announced the failure of the terrorists to enter the headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Rask and added: "Terrorists in the city of Rask, during an armed attack, planned to enter the headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, but they were unsuccessful due to the exchange of fire by the military, but the conflict in this area is still ongoing."
