In this meeting, Zhaoxing described China-Afghanistan relations as two friendly countries and historical neighbors, and said that currently these relations are in the best state, which can be called unique in the region.
 
He added that the Chinese government wants to promote and expand these relations as much as possible in the political, economic and cultural fields.
 
The Ambassador of the People's Republic of China said: "In order to further strengthen the relations between the two countries in various fields, this country has provided scholarships to Afghan students in various fields and fields, as well as short-term training courses to improve the capacity of Afghans in various fields. Maulavi Abdul Salam Hanafi described the relations between the two countries as historical and said that the relations between Afghanistan and China have been friendly, strong and unbreakable throughout history and the Islamic Emirate wants to consolidate and expand these relations in various fields in the future.
 
The Administrative Deputy of the Prime Minister's Office considered the position of the Republic of China towards the Islamic Emirate in international forums such as the United Nations as the result of the correct policies of the country's leadership, and said that the Islamic Emirate appreciates this position of the One China Policy and also the country's economic projects such as A waistband provides one-way support.
