Therefore, the great scholars and students of seminaries in Afghanistan have always played a fundamental, deep-rooted and important role in the social, cultural, religious and political developments of the country. As the religious leaders of the society, the scholars of the announcement in the literal sense of the word have taken useful and effective actions that increase insight and awakening, and they have always sought the advancement, excellence and growth of revelatory awareness, unity and cohesion in the society.

According to their scientific and social position, the seminaries have always solved social problems and dilemmas based on the teachings and revelations.
The product of the scientific and religious activities of the religious centers, in addition to guiding the society in the path of progress and excellence, has been the education and upbringing of preachers, religious scientists, experienced and committed professors, writers of service, Friday imams and congregations, theoreticians and experts of religious sciences and Islamic sociologists. Therefore, teaching and learning based on Sharia, criteria and principles of revelation from sources (Qur'an and Hadith) is considered one of the most important needs of the Islamic society, and the government in an Islamic country, based on divine duties and the decisive role it should have, serious support. It is a comprehensive and decisive religious center and theological seminary.
And also, the government and the relevant officials can make good use of the potential and actual capabilities of the seminaries, their scientific and research capacities and capabilities in the direction of the material and spiritual goals of the Muslim Ummah with calculated, accurate and appropriate policies.
Basically, the Islamic government is obliged to provide the field of teaching and learning of religious sciences and religious education through the development and expansion of religious schools and Islamic centers in order to prevent the growth and proliferation of deviant and misguided thoughts.
