President Karzai sends condolences to Japan’s Emperor on cousin death

It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing away of your Majesty’s cousin, Prince Tomohito. 

I would like to express my and the people of Afghanistan’s sincerest condolences to your Majesty, the family and relatives of the late Prince and to the people of Japan. 

While I share your grief and sorrow, I wish your Majesty continuing good health and prosperity for the friendly people of Japan.
