Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: According to the Ministry, the meeting took place in the office of Hashmatullah Shahrani, the ministry’s Investment and Private Sector Advisor. Canadian-Arab investor Bashar Al-Saad, alongside Afghan-Canadian businessmen Haroon Ayman and Noor Ahmad, expressed their intent to invest in Afghanistan’s agricultural sector. They requested technical cooperation from the ministry, aiming to bring an initial investment of approximately $1 million.
