The Turgandi Port railway project between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan was officially opened
According to Hamdullah Fitrat, the Deputy Spokesman of the Government, the Turghandi Railway was officially opened in order to strengthen the cooperation between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan with the presence of senior officials of the two countries.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Hamdullah Fitrat, Deputy Spokesman of the Government, announced the opening of the railway development project in the Turghandi Customs between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan.

At the same time, Mohammad Ashraf Haqshenas, the spokesman of the Ministry of Public Works, confirmed this news and stated that the work on the development of Turghandi Customs and the start of the 22 km railway line from Turghandi to Sanobar has been opened and started.

It should be noted that the opening of this project, which has been implemented with the cooperation of the two countries, is an important step towards strengthening the economic and trade relations between the two countries.

Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the head of the Ministry, traveled to the city of Mari in Turkmenistan today, Wednesday, to participate in the opening ceremony of the big TAPI project and other energy and transportation development projects between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan.

As soon as the Prime Minister of the country arrived in the city of Mari, he was welcomed by Rashid Muradov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and other officials of this country.

He then met and talked with Gurbanguly Berdimohamedov, the national leader of Turkmenistan.

Also, in this meeting, which was attended by "Molla Baradar", Deputy Minister of Economy, Molla Mohammad Hassan and Bardi Mohammadov talked about the expansion of bilateral relations and the importance of implementation of large development projects between the two countries and regional projects, and it is for prosperity and comfort. The people of Afghanistan and Turkmenistan found it useful and valuable.
