Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Information and Culture of the Islamic Emirate published a newsletter saying that a meeting was held to assess the stability of the historical minaret of Jam Ghor and to prevent natural threats.
In this meeting, Maulvi Atiqullah Azizi, Minister of Culture and Arts of the Ministry of Information and Culture, said that this minaret needs continuous protection.
He added that planning should be done on time so that the minaret is safe from any damage and threats.
It should be noted that after the devastating floods in Ghor, concerns about the collapse of the historical minaret of Jam, which is the tallest clay fort in the world, have increased.
