Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: Mawlawi Rahmatullah Shahamat, mayor of Mehtarlam, the capital of Laghman province, informed BNA that these projects aim to enhance the city’s aesthetics and provide better facilities for the residents.
