Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: According to the Ministry’s press office, this video conference aimed to enhance cooperation with the media, deliver timely and accurate updates on events, and address the challenges faced by provincial spokespersons. The session was organized by the leadership of the General Directorate of Public Relations at the Ministry of Interior and included spokespersons from provincial offices and police commands.
During the conference, Mawlawi Rahmatullah Kakazada, General Director of Public Relations, and Mufti Abdul Mateen Qani, spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, commended the efforts of provincial spokespersons in information dissemination. They provided essential guidelines to ensure the precise and timely communication of events to the public and the media.
The leadership emphasized the importance of increasing cooperation, strengthening coordination, and fostering positive relationships with the media. They underscored that access to information is a fundamental right and that information should be disseminated in accordance with Islamic values and national interests.
Provincial spokespersons were reminded that providing accurate information is crucial for building public trust, and they were encouraged to intensify their efforts in this regard.
