He added that the security has been provided according to the long-standing wish of the people in the country, and after 40 years of war and occupation, the country has now achieved independence. But he stressed that without economic and livelihood independence, this independence cannot be used correctly.
 
Maulvi Omari added: "There is no outsider in the country after the occupation, and there are insiders in all affairs, and our only problem is the economic weakness and poverty of the people. Therefore, it is time for the people to leave their homes in our own land." do".
 
He further stated: Let's not forget that there is still economic and food occupation in the country and we must eliminate this occupation by turning to agriculture and livestock farming because about 85% of the country's population is engaged in farming and livestock farming.
 
Acting Minister of Agriculture further stated: There are good agricultural lands and plenty of water in the country, so much so that we even give water to our neighbors and they became the best exporter of flour and other products with our water, but we are still the worst importer. We are considered producers and consumers in the world and this situation must change.
 
He added that our young people go abroad to work and earn money, and the money they send to the country goes out again by importing low-quality goods because we are not producers.
 
In response to the question why agriculture and animal husbandry are not successful in the country, Molavi Omari said: Our agriculture and animal husbandry process is not a standard and is done without research and in a traditional way. From these changes in the process of agriculture and livestock of the country is necessary. According to him, it is recommended that people refer to the departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock in the provinces in order to receive at least advice and increase their profits and results.
 
The mentioned person admitted that the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock is trying to increase the distribution of modified eggs to the general farmers while hiring experts in its subordinate departments.
 
Acting Minister of Agriculture added that instead of importing goods, national businessmen should import industrial devices and machinery for domestic production and pay attention to the production of agricultural and livestock products because raw materials are available in the country and are only necessary. He clarified: Unfortunately, many people consider grasslands as their personal property and built houses there and do not allow the farmers to graze their cattle, but they know that the government of the Islamic Emirate is determined to provide all the grasslands to the farmers and return the grasslands. The usurped land is necessary for the growth of livestock and the future of the country.
 
Collecting tithe and zakat is not the order of the leader of the Islamic Emirate, but divine obligations
At the end of his speech, Maulvi Omri discussed the 50% exemption from collecting tithes and zakat by the government and said: Giving tithes and zakat to the poor is the order of God and not the order of the leader of the Islamic Emirate, so if the leader of the government said 50% exemption from collecting tithes and If zakat is implemented, we will obey, but people should know that they should pay the remaining 50% of tithe and zakat to the poor themselves, otherwise it will be executed.
 
He added that tithe and zakat, like fasting and prayer, are divine obligations and must be performed, and after receiving them, we give them to the deserving and needy.
 
It should be mentioned that the Acting Director of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock at the end asked the local officials of the provinces to cooperate in the implementation of the affairs of agriculture, livestock and the restitution of usurped lands.
