Examining the latest status of cultural relations between Tehran and Kabul in the meeting of Iran

Afghan Voice Agency (Ava) - Kabul: Seyed Ruhollah Hosseini, the Cultural Advisor of the Islamic Republic of Iran, met with Maulavi Abdul Kabir, the Political Deputy of the Prime Minister of the Caretaker Government of Afghanistan in Kabul and discussed the latest situation of the political and cultural relations between the two countries.

This meeting consisted of two specialized talks, and after the end of the talk in the political field, the second part of the talk by the cultural official of the Islamic Republic of Iran continued as a group with the presence of the heads of the delegation of Jamaat al-Mustafa, Payam Noor University and Azad University.

In this meeting, which was held in order to examine the cultural situation of the cultural and scientific institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan, Seyed Ruhollah Hosseini, expressing his satisfaction with the holding of this meeting, stated: According to the orders of Imam Khamenei, the category of culture below and the margin of politics and It is not economy, but it is politics and economy that are defined below and on the margins of culture.

Hosseini further pointed out the many common points between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Afghanistan, including religion, language, culture, history, literature, geography, race, border, etc., and the existence of common interests arising from these points of commonality. He added: Considering the aforementioned, unfortunately, it must be admitted that with so many points of commonality, Iran's presence in the cultural and scientific fields is not in a good position compared to some other countries.

The Cultural Adviser of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, further pointed out the scientific and cultural capacities of the Islamic Republic in the field of student scholarships according to the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan, and with the plan to equip the libraries of Afghanistan, the necessity of conducting bilateral trips by the Ministers of Culture, Education, and Higher Education. 

The Cultural Advisor of the Islamic Republic of Iran, referring to the holding of the 35th Tehran International Book Fair, proposed introducing an efficient team to communicate with the Cultural Advisor to Mawlavi Abdul Kabir.

In the continuation of this conversation, Hosseini pointed out the problems that have arisen for the Ghazni library, donated by the Islamic Republic of Iran to Afghanistan in the past two decades, and demanded to solve the problem of the Ghazni library and prevent further problems.

Emphasizing the history of problems related to the property and cultural consultation building document, he requested the political deputy of the head of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to issue the necessary order to end the cultural consultation property document problem.

Hosseini, considering the incompleteness of the supplementary plan of the Iranology room of the Islamic Republic of Iran's cultural consultation at Kabul University, as well as the half-finished building of the Persian language research center at Kabul University, demanded the issuance of a license to end this big project, which will ultimately strengthen the foundations of Iran's friendship. 

The proposal of the opinions and suggestions of the representatives of Jamaat al-Mustafa Al-Alamiya, by Hojat al-Islam Dr. Seyed Abdul Hamid Thabit, Payam Noor University, by Dr. Tawhidi and Azad University by Dr. Jahantigh to the political deputy of the caretaker government was also another part of this meeting and cultural dialogue.
