Trump called the war with Afghanistan "worse" than the war with Vietnam

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Donald Trump, the former president of the United States and one of the candidates of the Republican Party in the 2024 presidential elections of this country, says that the withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan has led to a "worse" military performance than Vietnam.

 

Trump made these comments Saturday night, March 2, at a campaign rally in Richmond, Virginia.

 

According to Teletrader's report, this Republican candidate called Biden "stupid" and added that the US president is sending American soldiers to countries he has never heard of.

 

Trump had previously criticized the "disastrous" withdrawal of America from Afghanistan.

 

Meanwhile, Nikki Haley, another Republican candidate in the upcoming US elections, also said that the withdrawal of his country's army from Afghanistan sent the wrong message to Washington's allies and "enemies".

 

Referring to the war between Russia and Ukraine, the battle between Israel and Hamas, the increase in ballistic missile testing by North Korea, and China's cyber attacks on American infrastructure, he said that all of this is due to his country's "failure" in Afghanistan.

 

"The world is literally on fire," Haley added. Make no mistake, none of this would have happened if we had not had that failure in Afghanistan."

 

It should be mentioned that after the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan and the Islamic Emirate's control over the country again, Biden has been severely criticized by American politicians.
