Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Zamir Kabulov, Russia's special representative for Afghanistan, told Iter Tass news agency that Russia will also attend the meeting on behalf of its partners. But he did not mention these partners.
Kabulov has been asked when the next meeting of the Moscow format will be held. He replied that the time and place of this meeting will be announced after the decision is made.
It is expected that on February 18th, the special representatives of various countries and institutions in Afghanistan affairs will meet and discuss in Doha, the center of Qatar.
