Kim Jong Un: If South Korea attacks our country, I will not hesitate to destroy it

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): North Korean leader Kim Jong-un threatened this morning (Wednesday) that if South Korea dares to attack his country, he will not hesitate to destroy it.

During a visit to a munitions factory, Kim said that he does not want to unilaterally cause a war on the Korean Peninsula, but if South Korea starts it, the North will not shy away from war either.

According to "Yonhap" news agency, during this visit, he called South Korea the main enemy of his country and explained: "What North Korea should prioritize in its relations with the hostile country is to strengthen its military capabilities for self-defense and deterrence in the first place." Kim's harsh remarks came as North Korea fired artillery shells near its tense maritime border with South Korea for the third day in a row on Sunday.

Previously, the leader of North Korea, while emphasizing the need to strengthen the power of the navy, said that Pyongyang-Seoul relations have turned into relations between two hostile and warring countries.

He explained about this: "We must quickly react to a possible nuclear crisis and mobilize all physical means, including nuclear power, to speed up preparations for a major event under our control in South Korea."
