Zabihullah Mujahid: The UN report about children in Afghanistan is not accurate
The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate rejected the recent UN report on "children and armed conflicts in Afghanistan" and said: The reports published by some institutions about Afghanistan from outside are not accurate.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, in an interview with National Television, rejected the recent UN report on "children and armed conflicts in Afghanistan" and said that the reports published by some institutions about Afghanistan from outside is not accurate.

Mr. Mujahid added that "they are trying to spread propaganda against the system and people of Afghanistan through reports, and their goal is not to cooperate with children."

Mr. Mujahid also stated that now the situation of children in Afghanistan is better than before, because in the last 20 years, children were facing harm and were being killed.

It should be noted that the United Nations, in a report that it published on Friday, said that during the two years from the beginning of 2021 to the end of 2022, a total of 4,519 cases of violence against 3,545 children between the ages of several months and 17 years were reported in Afghanistan.
