Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: According to the reporter of Fars news agency's foreign policy group, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nasser Kanani, announced on Saturday, January 2nd, in a statement regarding the holding of the "Tehran International Conference on Palestine" that will be held today: This conference aims to strengthen international support. From the oppressed Palestinian nation in Gaza and the West Bank, strengthening the pressure on the Zionist regime to completely stop the military attacks against Gaza and to completely lift the blockade from it, as well as to stimulate the sending of international humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people.
The spokesperson of the diplomatic agency added: In this one-day international meeting, high-ranking government officials, prominent political, religious, thinkers and media figures from more than 50 countries of the world participate.
Kanani called the holding of this meeting in the framework of the continuation of the diplomatic efforts of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting the resistance of the oppressed people of Palestine and Gaza a hero and said: the immediate stop of the war crimes and genocide of the Zionist apartheid regime against the oppressed people of Palestine is the demand of all rights seekers, justice seekers and awakened consciences.
