Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, met and talked with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in continuation of his meetings in Ankara this afternoon, Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to Iranian media, some bilateral and regional issues, especially the latest developments in occupied Palestine, were discussed and exchanged in this meeting.
 
Meanwhile, before this meeting, Iran's foreign minister had a discussion with his Turkish counterpart to discuss ways to stop the Zionist regime's crimes against the oppressed people of Gaza.
 
It should be noted that Iran's foreign minister arrived in Ankara on Wednesday morning to meet and talk with Turkish officials. This is the second destination of Amir Abdullahian's regional trip and consultation regarding Palestinian issues and attacks on Gaza.
 
Yesterday, Amir Abdollahian traveled to Doha in his first destination and met with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of this country and Ismail Haniyeh, Head of the Political Office of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement.
