He asked the world to interact with Afghanistan instead of "coercion".
He stressed that the international community should stop restrictions and sanctions and enter into a positive interaction with the Islamic Emirate.
Acting Minister of Interior Affairs added that the role of religious scholars in Jihad and fighting against the invaders was important and added that it was thanks to their better leadership that Afghans achieved independence.
Maulavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, also said in this ceremony that "the reactivation of institutions after conquest, prevention of theft and disorder, maintenance of equipment and replacement of Mujahedeen with police, army and intelligence" are the main achievements of the final victory of the Islamic Emirate.
Mr. Muttaqi said that the people sacrificed for the freedom and independence of Afghanistan, but the power went to others, but this time, the people who fought with America have a share in the power, and this time the hope of the people will not be trampled.
Meanwhile, Mullah Abdul Manan Omari, Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, also spoke in this gathering and said: The survival and stability of the current system and removing the gap between the government and the nation is possible when all the people of this nation see themselves in the system.
He pointed out: The Islamic Emirate must have a red line that does not allow foreign intelligence to intervene in Afghanistan's affairs.
It should be remembered that today (August 19) is equal to the 104th anniversary of the return of the country's independence from British colonialism.
