The statement said a Toyota Corolla car collided with a motorcycle in the Sar-e-Khwaja Sayaran area of Charikar City in Parwan province.
The biker was killed in the crash, and three other people, including a woman, were hurt, according to the officials of the provincial security command.
Experts attribute the rise in traffic accidents nationwide to reckless driving, poorly maintained automobiles, cracked and unpaved roads, and disregard for traffic rules.
