He added that the participants are worried about the stability of Afghanistan and all of them expressed their serious concern. He added that the presence of terrorist organizations in Afghanistan is "significant" and this situation is a danger for Afghanistan itself and the region.
 
The UN Secretary General further emphasized what he called "engagement" and said: "In order to achieve our goal, we cannot give up on engagement."
 
He also added that this organization has put the people of Afghanistan as its main priority and will use all its strength to help.
 
Guterres called Afghanistan's humanitarian crisis the biggest global crisis and said that 90 percent of Afghan people live in poverty and 28 million people need help. At the same time, he said that humanitarian aid is decreasing.
 
  The Secretary General of the United Nations also said in this press conference that this organization is considering holding another meeting about Afghanistan.
 
Guterres also mentioned the restrictions against women and girls in Afghanistan and said that these restrictions have worsened with the recent decisions of the Taliban, and that this organization was against the ban on women working for aid organizations and UN offices, and called this decision of the Islamic Emirate unacceptable.
 
In response to the question "under what conditions will he meet with the Taliban"? He said that this is possible and will be done at the right time.
 
  The Doha meeting on Afghanistan started yesterday behind closed doors hosted by the United Nations and with the presence of special representatives of more than twenty countries in the world regarding Afghanistan.
 
Although it was said that this meeting is aimed at examining the recognition of the government of the Islamic Emirate; However, the Secretary General of the United Nations did not mention this issue, and none of the members of the Islamic Emirate of Nair were invited to this meeting.
