"Sohail Sediqi" who was injured in the explosion of the AVA news agency office and Tebyan center in Mazar-e-Sharif, died ten days later

 

Sohail Sediqi was seriously injured in the Saturday March 11, explosion in the midst of a gathering of journalists in Tabian center and Ava news agency in Mazar-e-Sharif, he was hospitalized in Balkh seminary hospital for almost a week. Then he was transferred to a hospital in Kabul and died last night under treatment.

 

Sohail Sediqi was 20 years old and was a computer science student.

 

In addition to studying, Sohail Sediqi had a special interest in media work and had worked in several media outlets as an intern.

 

Sohail Sediqi was the eldest son of his family and his father has four children without him.

 

The explosion on Saturday (March 11) at the representative office of Tebyan Center and AVA News Agency in Mazar-e-Sharif, which resulted in the martyrdom of 2 people, including two journalists, and injured 37 others, at about 10:50 minutes before noon and half an hour after the beginning A conference called "Mahadvit, Media and Culture Promotion" was held, on the sidelines of which, on the eve of National Journalist's Day in the country, active journalists in Mazar-e-Sharif city were to be honored.
