Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Golbedin Hekmatyar, the leader of the Islamic Party of Afghanistan, has reacted in his latest statements regarding the recent meeting of neighboring countries and the region.
He said that the Moscow meeting was held with the presence of representatives of about a hundred important countries affected by the security and political situation of Afghanistan, including all the neighbors, but no representative from Afghanistan was invited.
Hekmatyar added: "As expected, this meeting and the announcement it issued and the speeches that were heard from it did not have a good message for Afghans; In the previous meetings that were hosted and initiated by Moscow in these few years, the Taliban delegations not only participated in it, but were the main parties in the negotiations, but in this meeting, either Moscow did not want to change its policy on Afghanistan or to Be obeyed the request of some other countries and refused to invite the Afghan delegation to this meeting.
Hekmatyar has stated that the focus of most of the speakers of this meeting and their major concerns was the demand for the formation of an all-inclusive government and expressed concern about the "continuation and expansion of the presence of foreign terrorists" in Afghanistan.
He pointed out that the representatives of the three important countries of the region, Russia, India and Iran, had special and long negotiations on the sidelines of this meeting, which added to the concern of some Afghans. According to the statements of the representatives of these countries in the meeting, we Afghans are worried that these three countries may adopt the same position regarding Afghanistan as they did during the previous Taliban regime.
The leader of Hezb-e-Islami of Afghanistan has also stated that the representatives of the countries have had concerns in this area that the United States is looking for a military presence in Afghanistan and the response of the authorities of the Islamic Emirate is that they will not allow any group or country to attack another country from the soil of Afghanistan. It has been used to remove this concern.
He went on to say: Afghans need unity, solidarity and joint decision to face all these threats and concerns. War is not the solution to problems, nor the formation of an all-inclusive government according to an imposed and external version, nor the restoration of the previous system and another proxy war. Those who emphasize on war, tell the nation what did you achieve from the wars of Panjshir, Andrab, Balkhab and some of the cities of Badakhshan? Afghans will never agree with a coalition government like the one that was built in Ben, and they will never allow such a government to be imposed on them again.
Hekmatyar added: The previous coalition government was the main cause of the 20-year war during the occupation. At this time, instead of repeating the failed and bloody experiences of the past, a 100% Afghan solution should be taken and agreed on a plan that will eradicate war, insecurity and instability forever and prevent external interference in Afghanistan's affairs and the future system.
According to Hekmatyar, in order to achieve this goal, there is no other way except for all the influential factions to agree to intra-Afghan talks, without any preconditions and without foreign mediation.
The leader of Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan noted: We should start these negotiations as soon as possible inside the country. With the aim of forming a authority that is like the nation and represents the national consensus, and as a representative of the nation, it will make the final decision on all important national issues, including the approval of the constitution and the future system of the country, and all Afghans will obey its decisions.
He added: Neither the conferences and negotiations related to Afghanistan without the presence of Afghans will help to solve this issue, nor the external version for the formation of a coalition government, under the title of "all-inclusive", but in reality, the repetition of the experience of Ben, which followed the bloody twenty-year war, is certainly that the version of forming an all-inclusive government is an ineffective, tested and impractical version.
The statements of Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, the leader of Hizb-e-Islami, come at a time when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate in a statement welcomed the "Moscow format" meeting in Russia and announced that it welcomes all meetings in the region regarding Afghanistan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate stated that the security of Afghanistan is the security of the entire region and has once again emphasized that it will not allow threats to be made against any country from the territory of Afghanistan.
However, the Islamic Emirate has recently emphasized that the presence of their representatives in regional meetings will be more effective.
The Moscow format meeting was held last week in Moscow with the presence of senior representatives of neighboring countries and the region to review the situation in Afghanistan. At the end of this meeting, in addition to emphasizing the interaction with the caretaker government, they asked the Islamic Emirate to establish an all-inclusive government as soon as possible in which all ethnic groups and groups are included.
