Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Abdul Nafi Takour; the spokesman of the Ministry of Interior says that military students outside Afghanistan are the capital of the country.
He said: "Afghan soldiers in India are Afghanistan's capital, we hope they will return to the country and according to their expertise, we will use them in various security and defense sectors."
But the officials of the Afghan embassy in India say that the military students in India have not decided to return to the country due to security threats.
Earlier, Mullah Yaqob Mujahid, Acting Minister of Defense, also asked the military students abroad to return to the country.
Abdul Haq Azad, the head of the press department of the Afghan Embassy in India, told the media: "These students are afraid of returning to their homeland, because they are not sure what future awaits them."
At the same time, military experts believe that for the return of soldiers from India, the caretaker government must build trust.
