Unauthorized officials results foreign troops presence in Afghanistan

In the Thursdays seminar, Federalism the only solution for Afghanistan crisis, held in Kabul Abd-o-llatif Pedram, the head of Afghanistan National Congress Political Party, said not being authorized to decide for our country, it seems our country have been occupied by foreigners.

About Taliban’s movement in Afghanistan, he said Taliban has been exaggerated by west but now they have turned to artificial power.
He added Taliban must be in talk table and cooperate in peace process according to government and High Council for Peace saying but they have never accepted. Government should know violation and tension in Afghanistan is not solution for the Afghanistan crisis.
In his view by the end of 2014, the foreign withdrawal of Afghanistan, the government and Taliban should have put the end to civil war and reached to the agreement by talking while there are the plenty of way to implement the peace and democracy.
He added the peace never implemented by human rights as long as the fighting sides decide to settle the intension.
Regional agreement is one way to reach the peace and the Afghanistan government should talk with neighbor countries according to his view.
Pointing to Diorand line the head of Afghanistan National Congress Political Party said with which ways Afghanistan government is going to deal with the issue, war or talk? Why do they stand around? Why does not the government reveal the details of strategic partnership agreement to the parliament to base the clear making decision by parliament?
He objected to free market and not controlling the going up of the glossaries price and said as Ramadan become closer, there is no governmental organization to control the prices due to their personal incomes.
As a conclusion, he said Afghanistan should base on Federalist system. Bring spreading the human rights in countries with Federal system even weaker than Afghanistan and living more then 2,500,000,000 in countries with such this system as examples of his reasons.
