The Eurasian Economic Commission is considered a permanently active and regulatory body in the Eurasian Economic Union. This commission has started its activities since February 2, 2012. Currently, five countries are members of this commission: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation.
This commission has the position of a national organization for management, and in its activities, the interests of the member countries for the Eurasian economic integration project are the criteria of its actions, and it does not argue its decisions with the interests of one of the national governments.
