Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said that the recent report of the United Nations Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), which states that the organization is concerned about the situation of "women and girls, freedom of the media, arbitrary arrest and detention, corporal punishment and execution", is baseless. Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate rejected the recent UNAMA report in which he expressed concern about "the situation of women and girls, media freedom, arbitrary arrest and detention, corporal punishment and execution," and said that the reports UNAMA is repeating, full of propaganda and without providing documents, and the rights of all nationals, both men and women, are protected in the country.
 
Mujahid added that no one's rights have been lost in Afghanistan, but the sharia rights of men and women are secured in Afghanistan and people have access to their rights earlier than before.
 
Regarding the arrests of former government officials, Mr. Mujahid says that "no one has been arrested, nor are there any documents in this regard."
 
Mujahid stated: "In general, UNAMA reports are always full of propaganda and are meant to destroy the public's mind, and they do not have any documents to prove their claims."
 
Zabihullah Mujahid also adds that the media operates keeping in mind the laws and national values of the country and there is no threat against the employees of the previous government.
 
At the same time, the Office of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has expressed concern about the situation of women and girls, media freedom, arbitrary arrest and detention, corporal punishment and execution, by publishing its quarterly report entitled "Situation of Human Rights in Afghanistan". .
 
The office of the United Nations Deputy Mission in Afghanistan says in this report that 79 civilians have been killed in Afghanistan in five days.
 
In this five-page report, the situation of the rights of women and girls, the casualties of Khost and Paktia airstrikes, the freedom of the media, the arrest of former government officials, corporal punishment and other issues related to human rights in the country have been examined.
 
A part of the UNAMA report states: "At least 5 civilians were killed and 20 others wounded in an attack in the west of Kabul on January 6. In the explosion of a passenger bus on January 9 in Al Khil area of the 16th district of Kabul city, 3 people were killed and 13 others were injured, and in another explosion in a commercial center in the west of Kabul, 3 people were killed and 35 people were injured. This month in Kandahar province, an attacker detonated his suicide vest among the people, killing and injuring at least 75 people.
 
In this report, UNAMA expressed concern about "the situation of women and girls, media freedom, arbitrary arrest and detention, corporal punishment and execution and said that despite the announcement of amnesty; But the threats against the former government employees of Afghanistan still remain.
 
In another part of this UNAMA report, it is stated that one person was killed and 2 others were injured in Pakistan's airstrikes on March 18 in Khost province, and in the same way seven civilians were killed in Paktika province.
