Political experts say that according to the international principles of war and international law, when a country can carry out military operations on the territory of another country when that country is actually attacked, if a country feels threatened by another country, it should use the means should be resolved diplomatically, otherwise the military operation is against international laws.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Rana Sanaullah, the Minister of Interior of Pakistan, has said that international law allows Pakistan to enter the territory of Afghanistan in pursuit of the Pakistani Taliban and operate against them.

Sanaullah added that we will first demand the delivery of these people by the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, but if they are not delivered, we can target them.

Also, on Tuesday, the National Security Council of Pakistan announced that no country is allowed to provide shelter and facilities for terrorists, this council said that Pakistan reserves the right to defend its people.

According to Radio Pakistan, in the six-hour meeting of Pakistan's national security, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that the federal and state governments will deal with terrorism based on the national action plan and in accordance with the national security policy.

Azizullah Ma'arj, a political affairs expert, said in an interview with Ava that according to the principles of international war and general international law, a country can carry out military operations on the territory of another country when that country has actually been attacked, if a country feels threatened by the country. it should be resolved through diplomatic means, otherwise the military operation is against international laws.

He also stressed that whenever a country feels threatened by another country, if there are documents and evidence, they should solve their problem through diplomatic means and dialogue according to the 1961 Vienna and Chicago Conventions.

Mr. Ma'araj added that despite having the documents and evidence, if the said country does not prevent the threat, then the affected country will protest to the legal institutions of the world, and then it can take military action through the decision of the United Nations Security Council.

Stating that Pakistan is acting contrary to international laws towards Afghanistan, he pointed out that Pakistan is interfering in the affairs of Afghanistan based on the project of Western countries.

This political expert added that Pakistani government officials want to show the world that terrorists are present in Afghanistan with their false statements and military operations in Afghanistan.

However, the Ministry of Defense of the Islamic Emirate in a statement considered the recent statements of the Minister of Interior of Pakistan about the presence of the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) in Afghanistan and a possible attack on them inside Afghanistan as provocative and baseless.

This ministry has added that Afghanistan is not without an owner, as always we are ready to defend the territorial integrity and independence of the country and we have better experience than anyone in defending our dear country.

Hamid Karzai, the former president of the country, also reacted and said that the increase in insecurity and the current situation in Pakistan was the result of Islamabad's decades-long policy, instead of coercion and threats, Pakistan should take "civilized" steps for the stability of the region.

Last month, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) announced that its negotiations with the Pakistani government had ended and called on its fighters to attack government targets in Pakistan.

Pakistani officials say that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan has safe places inside Afghanistan and they go across the border to attack Pakistan, but the Pakistani Taliban have said that they coordinate their attacks from inside Pakistan.
