Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In a recently published BBC investigative report, it is stated that British Special Forces raided a house in Afghanistan in 2012 and killed a young father and mother and their young children. They both shot and seriously wounded.
This investigation has shown that the command of these Special Forces never referred this incident to the military police and so far there has been no investigation.

Now, in the British Ministry of Defense's newsletter, which was published on Thursday, 24th of August, it is stated that in this investigation, the accusations and claims related to the events of mid-2010 to mid-2013 will be investigated.
It is said that the inquiry will be chaired by Lord Justice Haddon Cave, the Chief Justice of England and Wales. He has previous experience in the field of defense.
In this newsletter, British Defense Minister Ben Wallace is quoted as saying that in recent years, changes have been made in dealing with serious allegations of violations related to the armed forces.
The British Ministry of Defense has emphasized that members of the armed forces will have legal and welfare protection in cases where they face allegations related to their performance during employment or service.
In the last 20 years, Britain has had the largest force in Afghanistan after the United States and has been accused of committing war crimes many times.
