Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimin Mohammad Mohadi, the Attorney General of the Islamic Republic of Iran, issued a circular addressed to the general and revolutionary prosecutors of the provincial centers of this country, on monitoring and supervising the education process of children and adolescents. He stressed that he survived the education.
A part of this circular is dedicated to the education of foreign students living in Iran.
According to the circular, according to the Law on the Protection of Children and Adolescents and Article 2 of the Executive Regulations on the Education of Authorized Foreign Nationals regarding the full educational coverage of all children and adolescents living in the country, regardless of their nationality, all people under the age of 18 must be enrolled in schools.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohadi has assigned the responsibility of the deputy public rights follow-up of the Prosecutor General's Office to review the implementation of this directive in the provinces.
This is despite the fact that Alireza Kazemi, the Minister of Education of Iran, on the evening of Tuesday, in the 18th meeting of the Mehr project headquarters, emphasized on determining the task of how to process the registration of foreign students in the next three days, but after more than 5 days have passed since His promise and 10 days before the start of schools, the registration process for foreign students has not yet been determined!
