Yesterday, sources reported that the Islamic Republic of Iran as well as the Islamic Emirate agreed to change the Consul General of Afghanistan in Mashhad and choose the head of the consulate from among the diplomats of this agency.

Abdul Jaber Ansar also announced the end of his work as the Consul General of Afghanistan in Mashhad by publishing a letter and said: "With respect to the traditions and customs of the host country, the success of serving and helping each and every one of you dear ones has come to an end."
