Pakistani media have reported that the Islamabad High Court ordered today (Wednesday) that Imran Khan's wife should be sent to prison from house arrest.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: According to the Express Tribune, the Islamabad High Court yesterday (Wednesday, May 8) agreed to the request to transfer Bushra Bibi from home prison to Adiale prison.

Bushra Bibi, through his lawyers, requested to be transferred from his home prison to Adiale prison.

The reason for this action is security reasons, and in this way, "Bashri Bibi", the wife of Imran Khan, the deposed Prime Minister of Pakistan, was taken to prison.

According to the ndtv news site, Bushra Bibi, who was imprisoned since January of this year on the charge of illegal sale of government gifts in Imran Khan's mansion in Islamabad, was transferred to prison according to the order of the court.

The court also ordered that the woman be transferred to Adlia Jail in Rawalpindi, where 70-year-old Imran Khan is serving his 14-year sentence.
