16,000 British soldiers will be stationed in Poland
In a press conference with his Polish counterpart, British Prime Minister Rishi Sonak announced the dispatch of 16,000 soldiers and one Eurofighter Typhoon to Poland.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Express news site reported in a report that the British Prime Minister announced during a joint press conference with his Polish counterpart, Donald Tusk: London will soon send 16,000 British soldiers along with a Eurofighter Typhoon.
 
Stating that this fighter will be stationed in the country to patrol Polish airspace, Sonak said: "Warsaw and London will be united forever and we will strengthen our cooperation in all areas."
 
The British Chancellor further pointed out that Warsaw and London are considering the possibility of cooperation in the field of weapons production, and emphasized that Poland plays a vital role in ensuring the security of Europe.
 
The Chancellor of Poland also said in this joint press conference with Sonak: "Poland and England intend to help create a coordinated security policy that covers all of Europe and England."
 
Britain and Poland had previously signed a deal worth 1.9 billion pounds for the missile trade in line with what they called strengthening European security in the wake of the Ukraine war.
 
The British side has committed to provide the Polish side with advanced CAMM surface-to-air missiles manufactured by the MBDA company, which are used in both the army and the navy of this country.
 
According to the British Chancellor's Office report, these missiles can hit advanced air and missile targets up to 25 kilometers away and an object the size of a tennis ball that moves faster than the speed of sound.
 
The British government has described this contract as one of the largest bilateral defense deals in Europe, within the framework of NATO, which shows the peak of close cooperation between the UK and Poland.
