AVA- Greshk district chief Mohammad Saleem told Pajhwok Afghan News the accident took place at around 9am on the Nimroz-Kabul highway.
He said the accident occurred when a bus collided head-on with a truck. Four people were killed and 14 others wounded, he added, fearing casualties could be higher.
An official at the Greshk hospital said 10 injured people had been brought to the hospital. The rest of the injured and bodies were evacuated to Lashkargah Hospital.
The bus belonged to the Ayubi Transport Company.
