The Cultural Adviser of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, in a meeting with the Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the Islamic Emirate, explained the cultural, scientific, industrial and academic capacities of Iran, and pointed out the necessity of using media and art tools in the field of industry and trade and added: The increase of cultural and scientific cooperation will be more lasting with the close approach of the two nations of Iran and Afghanistan and in the shadow of the rich culture of the two nations.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Seyed Ruhollah Hosseini, in a meeting with Maulavi Nooruddin Azizi, pointed out the connection of industry and trade with the university, and announced Iran's readiness to present its experiences to the friendly and brotherly country of Afghanistan in this field.

But the other issues raised in this meeting by the cultural consultation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan;
- Strong academic presence by holding industrial and commercial workshops,
- Providing suitable conditions in line with scholarships and setting up short-term courses of longitudinal and transverse education focusing on economy, industry, trade, etc.
- Laying the groundwork for sisterhood between universities of technology and faculties of economics, engineering and industry of the two countries.
- Creation of science and technology parks,
- Paying attention to the need to deal with economic and commercial artistic and media effects centered on Chabahar port.
Facilitating the cultural and scientific conditions of alternative and extraterritorial crops with industrial techniques in Afghanistan.
- Providing the necessary training in order to modernize the products related to handicrafts by taking advantage of the talented population of Afghanistan.
Holding exhibitions with a cultural connection in the field of strengthening economic, industrial and commercial cooperation.
- Holding governmental and non-governmental webinars in Afghanistan,
- Improving the functional level of the staff by sending professors from Iran's governmental and non-profit scientific and academic institutions to Afghanistan, teaching Persian language to Pashto-speaking businessmen who are interested in trade with Iran, teaching modern Persian scripts in government correspondence between the two countries and ...

Meanwhile, Maulavi Nooruddin Azizi, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the country, welcomed the introduction of existing capacities in the Islamic Republic of Iran, and formed several specialized teams and issued the necessary orders to follow up on the issues raised.
