Resolving tensions is the focus of the meeting of the charge d'affaires of the Afghan embassy with the special representative of Pakistan in Islamabad

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: In the announcement of this embassy, it is stated that in this meeting, the two sides discussed the recent challenges between the two countries, the revival of political, commercial and bilateral relations.

 

This meeting took place while Pakistan carried out airstrikes on two districts in Paktika and Khost of Afghanistan last week, as a result of which several civilians, including five women and three children, were martyred. On the other hand, the security forces of the Islamic Emirate targeted the outposts of the Pakistani forces.

 

Pakistan carried out these illegal and criminal attacks while the Islamic Emirate had started efforts to normalize Afghanistan's relations with Pakistan, at the same time as the new government was formed in this country, but it faced this response from Islamabad.
