He added: In the past, the plains and hills of Yangi Qala district of Takhar province were covered with trees and forests where various birds and animals lived and lived, especially deer herds, and by creating this farm, I want to prevent the extinction of deer.
 
Delawar stated that I managed to create a standard farm by finding some deer for breeding, protecting and raising them, and I want the government to support the deer farm in Yengi Qala district of Takhar province so that I can create a suitable wildlife environment or zoo for deer. show
 
On the other hand, Maulavi Abdul Samad Ashraf, the district governor of Yangi Qala, Takhar Province, said that the government of the Islamic Emirate supports investors and the private sector as a whole, and considers cooperation with them as its priority, and according to statistics, after the victory of the Islamic Emirate and the establishment of security in the country, Rare species of wildlife are increasing.
